Your collection is saved in this browser, on this device. Nothing is uploaded, no account, no server, and nobody else can see what you own. That is on purpose.
The trade is that there is no copy anywhere else. Three things can lose it:
Moving or re-downloading this file. The storage is tied to where the file sits, so opening "My Coin Collection (2).html" gives you an empty collection while the old one sits where you left it.
Clearing your browsing data.
On an iPhone, Safari clears storage for a file you have not opened in about a week.
So: keep this file in one place and open it from there, and save a backup file now and then. A backup restores everything exactly - coins, sales, want list, lots, spot prices. This app will remind you when you are due.
Which spot prices you want at the top. Most US collections only ever need silver and gold, so the other two are off by default. Turning one off does not change a single coin.
Resizes everything in the app at once. Your device's own text size setting still applies on top of this.
Your coins, backups and CSV exports are unaffected.
Changes how the app looks. Nothing about your collection changes.
