Coin Inventory
Lives on this phone

Point the camera at a label or a slab.

Look up shows everything on the coin. Sell asks for a price, saves it, and goes straight back to the camera.

Every sale

Spot today

Stamped on everything you add, so you always know where silver and gold were on the day you bought it.

When to send a grading submission

Tell it when the grading pile is worth shipping and the tile will say so. Either one on its own is enough. Leave one blank to ignore it.

What goes on a receipt

The top of a printed receipt. Leave these blank and it starts with the receipt number instead.

Numbers up top

Which tiles show on the stock screen. Tap any tile's question mark to read what it counts.

What things are worth

Pick one of these when you add a coin and it works the three values out for you off spot. "Base" means the replacement number on the same row. These are starting points, not gospel. Put your own numbers in.

Where you sell

Fees come off every sale on that channel. An average is fine. Tax is only recorded, it never comes out of your take.

Phone and computer

Work on two devices by trading a file. Send it from the one you just used, bring it in on the other. Nothing is replaced: new coins, sales and changes from both are put together.

Your data

Everything lives on this phone and nothing leaves it unless you send it. Save a backup often.

The complete backup includes inventory, sales, settings and saved photos in one file. Save it to Files or a drive. Records-only and separate-photo exports are also available below.

Photos are big, roughly a third of a megabyte each. A few hundred of them will not go through email, so save that file to Files, a computer or a cloud drive.

Excel files are for reading in a spreadsheet and cannot be brought back in. To move your inventory to another device, use Send to my other device.

Health check

Opens a backup and reads it without touching anything on this phone: whether it is complete, what is in it, and a search through every coin it holds, sold ones included.

Every photo as an ordinary picture named by SKU, in one zip, with a list of which coin each one belongs to. They open on any computer, with or without this app.

If something looks wrong, this gathers the version, the device and the numbers above into a note you can copy or email to whoever helps you. It holds no coins, prices or customers.

Free up space

Nothing sold yet.

Dropping the photos keeps every line and every figure, and gets back almost all of the space. Removing the lines saves them to an archive file first, with their sales and photos, and only then clears them off the phone. The sales stay on the Sales screen either way, but a removed coin's sale can no longer be undone. Check a backup file opens the archive to look anything up.

What this app does

Everything here is optional. Switch anything off and its controls leave the screen; nothing you have already recorded is touched, and switching it back on brings it all into view again.

For the tile, its filter, and the orange "held" note on a coin. Changes nothing you recorded.

Read a price code

Pick up an old flip, type what is written on it, and get the figure back.

Set your price code in Display below first.
